Normalize the evidence
Keep provider-specific payloads at the edge. Core policy receives a stable Agent Event with identity, authority, resource, commerce, attribution, and integrity context.
Governance infrastructure for agentic commerce
Govern agent commerce before you enforce it.
Normalize agent identity and authority evidence, evaluate deterministic policy in Shadow Mode, and investigate every result through a Timeline, Authority Map, and Human Review Inbox—without replacing your payment processor, checkout, CDN, or commerce protocol.
Decision Receipt
dr_01K4…91QPurchase requires review because the delegated mandate permits transactions up to EUR 500 and the requested transaction is EUR 642.
Observed only. Origin request not modified.
One normalized core across changing ecosystems
Agent commerce joins identity, delegation, policy, protocol context, and business intent. AgentGateFee turns those fragments into one deterministic, inspectable governance record.
Keep provider-specific payloads at the edge. Core policy receives a stable Agent Event with identity, authority, resource, commerce, attribution, and integrity context.
Run policy in Shadow Mode first. The same policy version and normalized input produce the same outcome, while your application remains in control.
Every completed evaluation produces an immutable Decision Receipt with policy provenance, reason codes, evidence state, and a deterministic explanation.
The adoption path is staged by design. No integration begins with a silent block, and no provider outage is converted into a malicious-agent verdict.
Send Agent Events, normalize evidence, evaluate policy, and inspect receipts.
Request a synchronous decision while customer code still controls the action.
Apply allow, block, require-auth, or review through a replaceable adapter.
Three connected views turn each completed evaluation into something your team can inspect and review. They are tenant-scoped, evidence-minimized, and non-enforcing.
Follow retained Event, evidence, transition, evaluation, and Receipt facts in one chronology. Observed and derived facts stay visibly distinct.
Inspect identity, delegation, mandate, Resource, and policy context as it existed at evaluation time. The map explains evidence—not legal authority or trust.
A new OBSERVE REVIEW Receipt can open an immutable 24-hour request. A tenant admin records one reason-coded disposition; the Receipt and origin request never change.
A receipt binds the result to an immutable policy version and the evidence used at evaluation time. Historical receipts remain interpretable when policies or commercial entitlements change.
Start by sending a copy of an agent interaction. AgentGateFee returns an accepted event reference and processes OBSERVE asynchronously. Your original request path is untouched.

Existing payment and commerce protocols remain provider integrations, not rebuilt infrastructure.
Material policy outcomes can be traced to normalized evidence and a specific policy version.
Partner economics never silently alter policy decisions or provider ranking.
Collect only what is required for policy, evidence, attribution, integrity, and analytics.
Commodity provider capabilities belong behind replaceable ports and adapters.

It is the policy and evidence layer that determines whether an AI agent has the identity, delegated authority, and context required for a commerce action—and preserves why the decision was reached.
No. AgentGateFee does not hold funds, settle transactions, store card data, operate a payment rail, or become the merchant of record.
No. OBSERVE begins with a copy of an Agent Event. The design preserves the customer’s processor, checkout, CDN, API gateway, and commerce protocol whenever possible.
Missing evidence is recorded as missing or unknown. It is not automatically treated as negative evidence or proof that an agent is malicious.
It records a tenant administrator’s evidence disposition for one review request. In OBSERVE it does not change the Decision Receipt, authorize a payment, modify the customer request, or trigger enforcement.
No. The current self-service slice is Developer OBSERVE. Some catalog plans preserve future eligibility, but eligibility is not current availability and never activates enforcement automatically.
