What counts toward the Agent Event allowance?
Accepted unique Agent Events count toward usage. Equivalent idempotent deliveries of the same event do not count again.
Does a higher plan enable production enforcement?
No. OBSERVE is the current customer-facing slice. DECIDE and ENFORCE require separate eligibility and activation gates.
Does AgentGateFee charge transaction fees?
No percentage-of-transaction, GMV, settlement, custody, or affiliate fee is part of the published AgentGateFee plan model.
