AgentGateFee/Shopify Agent Commerce Monitor

AgentGateFee for Shopify · Private pilot

Know the economics behind every agentic order.

AgentGateFee separates agent-channel evidence from assumptions, compares contribution margin and refund exposure, audits direct-checkout compatibility, and tests merchant policies in read-only Shadow Mode.

Revenue is not the whole answer

Does agent commerce make economic sense for your store?

Shopify attribution tells you where an order came from. AgentGateFee helps assess whether the evidence is strong enough to trust, whether channel costs and refunds erode contribution, which products depend on storefront behavior, and how proposed guardrails would have changed historical outcomes.

01

Trust the source

See the evidence and confidence behind every source classification. When the signal is insufficient, AgentGateFee returns UNKNOWN instead of manufacturing certainty.

Evidence · confidence · UNKNOWN
02

Compare contribution, not only GMV

Review net merchandise revenue, discounts, refunds, COGS coverage, and merchant-defined costs by source. Observed, assumed, and estimated values stay visibly separate.

Observed · assumed · estimated
03

Find checkout-fit risks

Review subscriptions, bundles, customization, sign-in, delivery, loyalty, upsells, consent, and other dependencies against versioned channel capability evidence.

Compatible · redirect · review
04

Test policies safely

Backtest margin, discount, and return rules on historical orders. Results are Shadow Mode WOULD_* decisions with reason codes and immutable input evidence.

Observe before you enforce

From Shopify order evidence to an explainable policy simulation.

The pilot analyzes accessible evidence and historical outcomes. It does not alter a live order, checkout, payment, discount, refund, or return.

  1. 01

    Connect read-only data

Import accessible orders and reconcile order and refund events without modifying Shopify.

  2. 02

    Normalize the source

Evaluate trusted Shopify attribution with supporting journey evidence and optional merchant mappings.

  3. 03

    Calculate the economics

Combine observed order values with clearly labeled cost inputs and coverage indicators.

  4. 04

    Audit compatibility

Compare store and product dependencies with versioned channel capability profiles.

  5. 05

    Simulate a policy

Return an explainable WOULD_ALLOW, WOULD_REVIEW, or WOULD_BLOCK result without changing a live order.

One merchant workspace

Trace every conclusion back to its evidence.

Move from the commercial overview to the order, assumption, compatibility finding, or reason code that produced it.

01

Overview

Analyzed orders, attributed agentic activity, economic exposure, data coverage, and plan usage.

02

Channels

Agentic and non-agentic sources compared through the same contribution-margin model.

03

Compatibility

Products and store workflows that may need a storefront redirect, merchant review, or stronger evidence.

04

Policy Simulator

Historical backtests for margin, discount, and return guardrails—always in Shadow Mode.

05

Orders and evidence

Source confidence, economic inputs, reason codes, and immutable simulation results for each order.

06

Settings and health

Economic assumptions, trusted source mappings, optional return access, ingestion state, and usage.

Built around Shopify, not around it

Keep Shopify checkout. Add a merchant-side evidence layer.

Required scopes are read-only: orders and products.

Return lifecycle access is optional and read-only.

No Shopify mutation endpoints or write scopes are used.

Customer names, emails, phone numbers, and postal addresses are not persisted.

Shopify remains the checkout, payment, refund, return, and channel-management system.

AgentGateFee does not process funds, charge a percentage of GMV, or change live order outcomes.

Designed for a focused pilot

A real store. A real channel question. No live enforcement.

The first pilot is designed for physical-product DTC stores, especially fashion/apparel and beauty/wellness teams evaluating agentic channels.

  • Meaningful Shopify order volume
  • Product costs available in Shopify
  • A real attribution, margin, discount, return, or checkout-fit question

Pilot pricing

Start with evidence. Scale with monthly order volume.

Every plan includes the same read-only evidence, economics, compatibility, and Shadow Mode workflow. Every distinct Shopify order counts once in its calendar month, regardless of source classification.

Working private-pilot pricingPublic Shopify installation and billing are not yet available.

Prices are monthly USD pilot prices and are not a percentage of GMV, order value, payment volume, or savings. Shopify processes app charges when billing becomes available. Taxes may apply. No automatic overage charge applies during the pilot. Current analysis remains read-only and does not change checkout or order outcomes.

Clear product boundaries

Questions before connecting a Shopify store.

Does Shopify already provide channel attribution?

Yes. Shopify provides order and channel-attribution mechanisms. AgentGateFee preserves that first-party signal and adds evidence confidence, checkout context, contribution economics, compatibility, and policy exposure.

Does AgentGateFee change Shopify checkout or block orders?

No. The private pilot is read-only. Policy results are simulations labeled WOULD_ALLOW, WOULD_REVIEW, or WOULD_BLOCK; they do not change checkout, payment, discount, refund, or return behavior.

Is AgentGateFee a sales channel?

No. Shopify remains the channel manager and checkout system. AgentGateFee analyzes normalized order evidence, economics, compatibility, and policy exposure.

Why do non-agentic orders count toward the plan?

They provide the comparison baseline for margin, discounts, refunds, and returns. Counting only agentic orders would make channel comparisons less reliable.

What happens when the source is unclear?

The app lowers confidence or returns UNKNOWN. Browser and campaign heuristics alone cannot create a verified classification.

Does the app store customer personal data?

The MVP does not persist customer names, emails, phone numbers, or postal addresses. It stores the minimum order, product, economic, and evidence fields needed for the analysis.

Does it guarantee savings?

No. Margin and policy exposure are analytical and counterfactual outputs. Assumptions, data coverage, and reason codes remain visible so the merchant can judge the result.
